The Flamingo Cap Unscramblers are used to supply individual caps in the correct orientation on automatic / semi-auto capper.

The Flamingo Cap Elevator is basically a cleated belt conveyor erected at an angle for loading of caps into the Hopper bowl to ensure automatic non-stop operation of capping machine. Caps are first fed in bulk quantity to the hopper of the machine. Cap elevators have a Photoelectric or Proximity sensor for the pause function when the track is full of caps.

The Unscramblers are Easy Change Over on Different Size Cap Tray and Height

When change-over is required for the different size of the bottle or size of the cap, an operator can re-adjust easily using Flamingo Cap Feeder operator-friendly and inbuilt measuring components.

Air Blow Cap Ejector

Cap elevator systems have to work consistently without any failure during the production. One of the guaranteed cap ejection mechanisms is the air forced ejection system.
